This is such a wonderful location with the absolute best staff. Traveling for me and my family is always such a stressful experience since our child is in the spectrum, and we can never predict what type of mood or behavior we may encounter that does not necessarily rub people the right way. but coming here every time we get the chance makes a huge difference is my son's mood and the staff always being so helpful and accommodating to us I couldn't ask for more! I highly recommend staying here Greta at the front desk does a phenomenal job with her knowledge and customer service she's our favorite and we are always so happy to see her when we arrive.

The day I checked in Yolanda allowed me to check in early due to a time limit I had getting back to work after lunch. She didn't give the answer a pause except to find the room in the system. Tonight I had an issue signing in to the Wi-Fi and Kijana helped me within two minutes. The rooms very clean and staff have all been very nice courteous and helpful. Thank you staff at EVERHOME Chandler I appreciate the hard work that's done in hospitality

The place is 'new' so everything is in relatively good shape. The halls for the rooms seem narrow and overly plain, but okay. Room was very clean and quiet. My main grip is the 'incidentals' deposit ($20). While it is refunded later if not used, it is an annoyance to have it hit the credit card at arrival.

This location was absolutely magnificent. The rooms are exquisite and very comfortable. The accessories are 24/7 and up to par. Absolutely wonderful place

This is a wonderful hotel with very clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms. The small kitchenette was well maintained and bathroom had toiletries. However, I’m only giving it 4 stars because of the unprofessional behavior of who I believe was the hotel manager. The young gentleman at the front desk checked us in and out and was exceptionally polite, helpful, and professional. When I checked out, he told me that the return of $20 deposit will take up to 10 days. After checking out, I left the front desk to get a coffee which is right next to the front desk. I overheard the manager telling the young gentleman to not mention the 10 days to guests and to not say anything at all about it. For one that’s weird why he doesn’t want his staff to mention it and secondly wait at least till I’m gone. Moreover, if he wouldn’t mention it then I would have asked him anyway about the deposit so there’s no need to tell staff to not mention the deposit at checkout. In my opinion, it’s an important conversation. Very unprofessional and ineffective management who micromanages staff in front of guests creating an awkward situation.

I had the most comfortable stay at Everhome Suites! The room was clean & I loved having the choice of staying in & making a hot meal or getting something quick at the little market shop in the hotel. As a single female, I felt safe staying here. The only feedback I have is to maybe consider a hotel shuttle for guests, even for a small fee :)

Very Clean Hotel. Large bathrooms. Nice TV. Cane here to work. Front Desk Staff overall are very pleasant. Interesting how nice and quiet this place is for a bargain.

Great staff. Kind and efficient. Bed was difficult to walk around over by the air conditioner. Pretty tight. Bathroom light turned itself off and on all night. Annoying!
